We have a gym on site which allows our physiotherapists to guide you through your rehabilitation program. The gym has a variety of equipment including leg press, free and machine weights, pilates reformer, treadmill, and stationary bike, so we can cater to all needs and abilities.

Our approach is holistic; you are more than a body part! We listen to you so we can make sure you are best able to meet the demands and needs of your individual circumstances, as pain free as possible.
