Are you stressed? Are you pregnant? Do you suffer from chronic pain? Are you looking at a way to help recovery post training?
Floating was developed in the 1950’s /60’s and was initially thought of as hippy and alternative, however the health benefits are becoming more widely talked about and floating, just like acupuncture and meditation is now considered more mainstream.
Float Therapy involves lying in a tank filled with body temperature water and enough Epsom salts to keep you buoyant, and letting your mind and body relax for 60 minutes.

We have limited spaces available for our opening specials so book now for your Float Therapy session.Learn more about Float Therapy
Most patients come to us when they are injured or in pain.
