ABOUT REBECCA

I’m Rebecca and I’ve been with Lifestyle Physiotherapy since 2018. I love the variety of clients that we get to work with here. Everyone comes with a different story and a different challenge, but the goal is the same – to help you get back to living your best life.

I am passionate about sport and exercise and having played nationally for women’s football and experiencing my fair share of injuries, I know how important it is to have a great physio on your side! After graduating from Otago University in 2013 I spent the first 5 years of my career working at a practice in Cambridge. I have been involved with several sporting teams, including representative men’s rugby, women's sevens and regional football. 

More recently since having my two babies and experiencing firsthand some of the issues that can arise postpartum, I have furthered my training to specialise in women's and pelvic health. I have a really strong desire to help clients navigate their way through their pelvic health issues as I know how much it can affect your quality of life.

I have experience treating a wide variety of clients and injuries and I utilise a broad range of treatment techniques, all the while keeping a friendly face and approachable style to helping you get back to where you want to be.

When I'm not at work or hanging out with my family or friends, you'll find me doing something active or in the outdoors exploring. I have a love for travel and good food, sport and exercise, and nothing beats a sunny day at the beach!
