You do not need a referral to be treated at Lifestyle Physiotherapy. We are able to provide you with the forms and lodge your ACC claim from our clinic on your first visit. If you do have a referral form from your GP, please bring this with you. If ACC does not accept your claim, you will be charged for the full cost of treatment. Our receptionists will help if you have any concerns regarding this.
Due to changes ACC made in 2009, we have a surcharge to cover the cost of your treatment. The charges are listed below.

Grey Power Class is a physiotherapist-guided class that is tailored for 60-year-old plus age group, runs in 6-week blocks.

15% discount for Gold Card holders.
There may be additional charges for materials (e.g. strapping, theraband, acupuncture cupping).
Late cancellation/DNA fees will apply (if cancellation is made within 24 hours of your appointment).
